Determining your security system make and model



If your security system was installed by H&H Security, then it is likely we have records regarding the make and model as well as installation information regarding your alarm panel.
If the alarm panel was serviced, or reprogrammed to report back to H&H Security, then this information may not be available.
To aid in determining the make and model of your alarm panel, the following steps can be taken:-
  • Check your keypad for any labels regarding manufacturer or model. A list of manufacturers is provided below
  • Check with any documentation you were provided with your alarm panel (user guides, invoices, etc)
  • Check the alarm panel control box for any Labels (Some manufacturers place the make and model number on the metal control box)
  • Open the alarm panel control box and check for Manufacture information on the main circuit board. (last resort)
    Once you can determine who has manufactured the alarm panel, you can browse the manufacturers websites to determine which panel model you may have
