Online Customer Portal


Part of our cutting edge philosophy has included upgrading our one stop online customer portal.
Our online customer portal allows clients to view live information regarding their monitored security services.

Alarm monitoring clients can view the live status of their alarm systems, including
  • Arm/disarm state for each individual area.
  • View extensive log information, including user names, zone labels, areas and transmission information, in plain simple to understand English.
  • View and update contact information, phone numbers, and site standing instructions.
  • Our SMS monitored clients can add or remove SMS numbers to be contacted on certain alarm events.
  • Specific alarm users can blocked from accessing the alarm system, allowing business owners to be contacted when unauthorised access has been attempted by a user.
  • Intelligent customer login, allows access to one or more monitored sites using one login user name and password, or multiple user names and passwords to limit access to certain sites.


  • Guard Tracking Service


    2008 saw the introduction of our exclusive live guard tracking system for static guard sites.
    Guards are tracked onsite using a specialised RFID tracking wand, which communicates live to the H&H Security 24 hour monitoring station.

    Anti tamper RFID (Radio Frequency Identity) tags are placed throughout the site that is to be patrolled, and whilst the guard is conducting his or her patrol, the tag is scanned using the RFID reader.

    Once the tag is scanned, the guards position is then sent via the GSM mobile phone network, and is updated live on our monitoring system.

    All live guard tracking events are available to customers live through the online customer portal, as well as the rostered guards name, and future guard rosters for the site.

    The monitoring station monitors each tag located at the premises to ensure that the guard visits each tag in a timely manner and alerts the guard via SMS if a site area has not been visited within the scheduled time.


    TechVantage Deployment


    The technical division has deployed the revolutionary TechVantage document control system.

    TechVantage allows H&H Security Technicians to provide the highest level of service, as well as supporting a vast array of different security system brands, makes, and models.

    TechVantage also brings further efficiencies with regard to reducing time required to research unique system details, dealing with manufacturer technical support, and ultimately the time charged to the customer whilst the technician remains onsite.
