In the event of an alarm, panic, fire, or system trouble, a trained friendly operator can alert nominated contacts as to any number of reported alarm events for your security system.
H&H Security can also be given a detailed action plan, which can be used to guide the operator as to what actions are required when certain events are reported.
The operator can also monitor any actions that may have been requested, to ensure the safety and security of your business and its assets.
In addition to residential monitoring, commercial grade monitoring includes opening and closing schedules for your business.
In the event that your alarm system has not been activated by an employee at a predetermined time, nominated contacts can be alerted, and any requested action be performed.
If the security system is disarmed outside of normal business hours, nominated contacts can be called, or a patrol officer dispatched automatically, depending on any specific requirements of the business.
Management can be notified immediately if a lost, stolen, or banned access control proximity card, or user code is used to gain access to protected areas, by alerting H&H Security of any system users or cards that they would like banned from their system.
Emergency evacuation plans can be given to H&H Security for use in providing detailed information to emergency services, when such an emergency such as fire, hold up, person held under duress, or failure of any monitored system is detected.
The alarm panel may even report detailed diagnostic information, which can alert trained security technicians of preventative maintenance requirements and avoid the exploitation of potential security threats and weaknesses.

What do I need for Commercial Monitoring ?
A security system capable of reporting to an alarm monitoring station.
Most systems are capable of this, however existing systems may not have the required cabling for the phone connection.
Existing alarm panels will require extra programming if they are not already monitored by H&H Security.
