Alarm Monitoring Customer Login
Regardless of the type of monitoring service provided, the
H&H Security Customer Login portal allows clients with a monitored service to
log in and view live information regarding one or more of the monitored services provided.
Live Information via the
H&H Customer Portal
can include a single, or a combination of services, such as automated
or call centre alarm system monitoring, CCTV system virtual guard
monitoring, GPS tracking of company assets, and our new guard tracking
service.
More than one user name and password can be issued,
allowing various levels of access to site information for business
employees on an need to know basis, or alternatively a single username
and password can be issued allowing a single user
to view monitoring information for multiple sites.
Requesting Access to the Customer Login Portal
To request access to the
Customer Login Portal, you first must have a back to base monitoring service provided by H&H Security.
Monitoring services include all alarm monitoring services, as well as guard tracking.
If you currently have one or more of these services, you can request a
username and password to access the customer portal by contacting
H&H Security during business hours on 1300 363 727.
Once we have confirmed your details (usually by asking a few questions)
to verify that you are the owner of the monitored premises, we can
usually activate your account immediately.
How do I Log In to the Customer Portal
Simply click on the
[Customer Login] link located at the top of this page, or alternatively you can click
HERE
The first time you log in to the customer portal, the system will ask you for your username and password.
To make things easier and more secure, your initial password will be
the same as your username. (The system will request a new secure
password once you have logged in.)
Once you have logged in to the customer portal, a number of buttons located on the left hand side will be available to you.
Clicking these buttons will display information relevant to the types of monitoring services that are currently in use at your premises.
What if I forget my username and or password
Simply call H&H Security during business hours on 1300 363 727 to request your username or password to be reset.
Please remember that H&H Security will need to verify that you are the owner of the monitored premises by asking a few questions, before
these items can be reset.
